These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QSR Inspector mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Randys Rips LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QSR Inspector is a business tool for quick-service-restaurant operators to conduct inspections, log food-safety data, track corrective actions, and review reporting. It is intended for use by businesses and their staff, not by the general public or children.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. If your employer or organization ("Organization") creates the account, the Organization's administrator controls roles, access, and the data created within its workspace.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access data that is not yours; reverse-engineering or disrupting the Service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Paid plans are billed per store on a recurring basis through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel through your app-store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
QSR Inspector offers an optional phone sign-in feature that uses SMS one-time passcodes, operated through our messaging provider (Twilio).
You and your Organization retain ownership of the inspection answers, logs, notes, and photos you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to upload Your Content.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Randys Rips LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Twilio, Expo, and the Apple and Google app stores). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your business. You remain responsible for your own food-safety and regulatory compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randys Rips LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
